Frequently asked questions
What is included in the sweet cart packages?
All of our packages include sweet jars and scoops as required. Decorated dry hire then includes decorations and theming for the cart as picked by you. Bronze, Silver and Gold then include sweets for 50, 100, and 150 guests respectively.
What sweets are available?
We offer a large variety of sweets that we source depending on your requirements. We will do our best to cater for any specific desires but this will depend on supply. Message us for more information on what we offer.
What do you need from me before the event?
We need the phone number of the person who will be in charge of the event on the day, should any issues arise. We will also need details of where the cart is to be set up (if you are not around), and parking or loading details if applicable.
What if I need to amend my booking?
We appreciate that you may need to amend your booking for a number of reasons. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate, however this will be subject to availability.
How much is the deposit?
A deposit of £50.00 is required when booking, which will be deducted from the total balance. The final balance will then be required the week before the event.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
All bookings can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event with no charge. If cancelled within 30 days we will be unable to refund the deposit.
